Thank you so much for your course. I have degeneration of the
spine for some time already. Been treated with traction therapies. This time it's due to lifting the mattress (feels like a ton). Dr. suspected I had shingles again but the TCM practitioners related it to orthopaedic problems. They're right. Have started your exercises and techniques with immediate success. This course is very informative and practical. In fact, I suspect you have some medical background? Very precise instructions and cautions given. So far I can say, the best information I have come across!!!
